I AM SO FREAKING ANGRY !!!Now I know y the movie "Money Not Enough 2" mentioned that they dun "TAKE" $$$ from us, they " SUCK" away $$$ from us. Juz lik the EPR system.
Everything in here juz talks abt $$$. I was very upset a few mins ago when I logged into one of my bank account. I was charged a fee of $45 of a so-called "Relationship Maintanience Fee" for of my bank a/c.
I was like... " WHAT?!"
Tell me guys, U ever heard of such a fee charged to ur a/c?! Stewpid rite... The first thing I called in was to express my REAL BIG-TIME disappointment to the bank. Being in the service line as well, I understand fully tat it is totally not their fault to whatever charges or rules that the bank states or charges. They hv procedures to follow. Thus, I did not raise my voice and scold dem. But I must say that I was really upset and disappointed wif the bank.
I m not going to spell the name of the bank out here. I was part of the specialised excel banking customer wif dem. From the website, I can see
"Personalised Services - satisfying all your banking needs - Personalised service from your dedicated Relationship Manager."
Well, clearly as stated, it shows what this particular banking service promises to do to every excel banking customer.
Here, after being wif dem for 2-3 yrs, having not even used the a/c ONCE, not receiving a SINGLE call from any of the so-called relationship manager. And here, I was charged $45. I really couldn't contain my anger juz now.
Anyway, I called into the personalised Hotline & the guy over the other line promised to get the Relationship Manager to call back to me. Do u know what the RM said to me?! He juz replied tat the previous RM who handled my a/c has long left the bank and thus, due to improper handling over, I might be overlooked. This time, I was FUMING MAD !!!
I said to him, " Then r u trying to tell me tat I was one of those left-out here?"
He quickly apologised and said that was not what he meant.
Just in case, you do not know..
One of the BIGGEST mistakes Spore service providers made is that They like to tell the customers about their problems. BUT Always REMEMBER, the customers are only INTERESTED to know HOW are u going to solve their problems u see...
And you should never blame the other collegues, the hardware or even the Company itself for whatever inconvenience it or they have caused to the customer.
WHY ? Simply is because YOU represent ur own company. There should not be any form of "The Company" or "They" used in the conversation btw u and ur customer. YOU represent ur collegues as well. If not, why ppl actively promote teamwork in companies?
If u push the blame to own collegue in front of the customer, it clearly shows what kind of employee or person u r as well.. Same goes for my workplace as well, if u "tai-chi" to each other, u would only irritate the passenger more only. What else can u get ?!
Anyway, he called bk and said he would waived the fees off for me because he understands that I was overlooked since my last RM has left. To me, no service recovery was done at all, except the RM fees being wavied off. I was still upset wif dis matter. Of coz, I understand there is so much they can do as well actually .
Dunoe if u pl have heard of this joke before.
