11:30 AM, Sunday, October 08, 2006Starting to notice that most of my frens r starting to work already... at most onli a few still studying at Uni.... Most of dem r in service sector...lik me I guess... Some1 mentioned in the briefing room before that, " If u were in service line, u have to be sincere or else u would die younger." Erm.. not sure if it is true tho... it was said to b extracted fr an Australian newspaper and studies have shown that if u r not sincere in providing ur service to the others, u tend to have alot of frustrations bottled up inside u and thus, leads to poorer health...
Sometimes I get pretty frustrated wif my job at times, lack of appreciativeness i guess... i especially hated to b treated as "Maria". Was telling my poly babes the joke abt the pax borrowing a pen fr a stewardess that day...hehe.. cant mention it here.. I would get shit fr the company if kena found out by some1 else.
Another collegue mentioned in the briefing rm that a passenger actualli wrote inside his blog abt a bad service he received fr that stewardess,,, I meant... erm.. u have the right to speak freely in ur blog space of coz.. but that guy actualli even wrote out the stewardess's FULL NAME in his blog!!! Oh my GOD!~ I find it too extreme... how could u do tat ... Imagine how the poor ger felt when she realised her full name being mentioned by her pax in his blog.. Worse still, the embarressment to noe that it was being found out by other crew...
My advise : If u realli feel that u r being short-changed in our service to you, PLS juz email to feedback to the company thr the correct channels instead of whinning in the blog space here. It is between the company and passenger. It should be nothing personal at all. Dun u guys agree?
One last report to be handed up by end of mth and I M FREE !!!! Until the exams of coz.. hehe...
Finally went down to Starhub centre @ PS to change the SCV cable set.. the remote control was damaged a few weeks ago .. Th new digital cable sat is definely clearer and the shows shown r sharper.... tink my whole family is hooked onto scv programmes.. it has been a long time we switched back to watching Chn 8 or Chn u ...
