11:45 AM, Tuesday, May 16, 2006Had one of the happiest Mothers' Day celebration ever... My whole family arranged to eat at the new Crystal Jade as a treat . I even pre-booked the table in advance by 2 weeks. But I m realli veri disappointed wif the service crew & the food availablilty. Their signature dishes r practically all out by 7pm which is the "high-peak" dinnertime. Since they noe is a public hoilday, they should haf prepared more in advance. Or at least call their customers who haf booked places wat signature dishes they would like to reserve. Not being sensitive to their customers' needs is going to cost dem alot of their business in future. Imagine we couldnt taste their peking duck & suckling pig but tat stewpid crew still dare to introduce expensive dishes lik Ginseng Chicken soup tat costs $88 per big bowl. WTF !~ When taking the order, I believe he has at least mention tat dish 4 times even tho my Dad kept rejecting tat dish. Told him tat my family din like ginseng chix soup and he dun seem to understand.
But of coz , the real joy is being able to sit together as a family and enjoyed the dinner. My big bro aso bght his gf along while I invited my boi along. Tink the happiest is my mum liaoz.. I gave her a bouquet of carnations & a gift fr GoldHeart. I shopped wif her thoughout all the jewellery shops before finally finding the pair which she realli likes. Tink woman r picky no matter at which age.. hehe....My bro and his gf gave my Mum facial masks. My 2nd bro aso got contribution as he paid for the dinner.. a whopping $200plus for 7 of us! Hehe... luckily he volunteered to pay sia.. or else I gonna ZAP him .. hehe...
This trip to Shanghai was BAD. The aircarft was delayed 2 hrs on ground due to aircraft wheels not being pressurised to standard volume. I was worrying not being to reach Spore in time to meet my boi coz he having big test on Tues.
Todae is gonna b tiring day....
