3:30 PM, Thursday, May 11, 2006This is going to b a memorable flight.. My first diversion case I encountered...Really caught almost all of us off-guard... On the way up to Joburg, there was a medical case onboard. Actualli this case is gonna b a long story but I decided against revealing more details as it seriously concern work. Landed in Mauritius for an hr before refueling and continuing to Joburg.
Was toking over the fone wif my boi a few moments ago & we were discussing where we would like to travel to in future.... I realli hope to visit places lik Maldives and Mauritius wif my loved ones. I tink they r one of the most beautiful places on Earth.. wif the clear blue skies & sandy beaches... Been to Maldives once & simple love it. Peaceful, clean, sunny...
Much as I was complaining abt my job at times, but I realli enjoy the travelling part. Imagine other than busy businessmen, we r the next kind of people who r able to enjoy breakfast in Tokyo , lunch in New York and dinner back in Spore, etc.. being able to immerse myself in different cultures enriched my life aso... Like the food in Japan, shopping in LA, site-seeing in Rome, sipping coffee in corners of streets in Athens, blah .. blah...
Anyway, as most of u would haf noticed by now, I have juz changed a new blogskin. I like the sense of closeness this couple protrayed while hugging each other to sleep. This skin reminds mi of a song called Dreaming of You by Selena.
Last nite, I chatted wif one of my sec sch classmate. She told mi tat she has passed thr 2 stages of interview conducted by Silkair & is proceeding on to the 3rd stage next Wed. She asked mi for the interview tips but sad to say, I have nothing much to share wif her coz I heard tat the way of conducting interviews has changed slightly fr my time until now. Wif her confidence, passing thr the interviews & water-confidence test shld b a breeze for her. Wish her good luck anyway... Hope she gets in then I would at least get 1 more fren to go training centre wif mi in future.. hehe..
Woke up early todae wanting to book the movie tickets to watch Poseidon. Looks lik another tragedy film to mi.. But to my dismay, the website seems to b down due to heavy traffic & the phone booking is down due to system error. Stewpid.. sth ought to b done abt tat mahz....
Received a Friendster msg fr my batchger last nite. She expressed her wish to wanting to change my Zurich in June for her Zurich at a later dat coz her buddy (who happens to b my another batchger aso) is on the flight. Somtimes I m realli upset wif all these people sia.. My Zurich flt ends on a fri so I can happen to get the weekends off while hers is ending on Wed and I onli can get thurs & fri off if I change. Wat makes her think tat she wans weekend off while I dun ? She can ask her buddy to change and do her flight instead mahz... Haiz.. wonder if u guys understand wat i toking abt...
My June roster is BAD.
I hv got Christchurch, Zurich, Sydney, Bangkok nitestop and Dubai pax up.
Anyway , I hope to enjoy my off day.... Tml nite flying to Shanghai... haiz...
