1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 29, 2006Had tons of fun there. Everything was gd except for the poor weather. Light rain throughout the 5 days.
Took the 10.10am flight fr S'pore to Hong kong. Arrived ard 20 mins later than scheduled arrival time due to busy air taffic control in Hong Kong. Nevertheless, we passed thr the customs lik a breeze & met up wif my boi's cousin and her bf. Deposited our luggages at airport while we took public transport to DisneyLand. I have 1 advice for u guys if u going to visit Hgk's Disneyland : It is damn near to airport.And u only need lik half a day to complete the visit. In fact, I feel tat it is the SMALLEST Disneyland I ever visited, wif all the amusement stuffs built nicely together. Still prefered the one in LA. Anyway, it was my boi's first visit to DisneyLand so thus, i went on any rides he wished to go. He is 100% tourist sia.. Fancy buying so many Walt Disney's stuffs fr the shops.. carried dem until i wanan die sia... Took pics wif alot of mascots even there was rain. Stay until 8 am for the fireworks before proceeding back to airport to get luggage to check-in to our hotel. Tired lik shit on 1st day due to early flightbut we were still determined to haf supper at those local eatery(Cha Can Ting).
Woke up ard 8am plus on 2nd day to meet up wif another of my boi's cousin and his grandpa to haf local dim sum nearby hotel. Shiok !!! Having dim sum in Spore costs soo much more. But in Hong Kong, it costed my boi onli Sing$25 for 5 person to eat!! CHEAP !!! Wah.. his grandpa still looks pretty healthy despite of his age of 80plus. Still can nag at my boi and tok loudly = Healthy . haha.... Then we proceeded to Ocean Park. Haf to take a bus to the top of some hill, passing by Happy Valley area to reach Ocean Park. Heard tat Happy Valley is a place whr rich ppl in Hong Kong lived. Rainy day. Bad weather. But it din dampen our moods at all. Bght an umbrella to share. Enjoyed the sweet moments as we sheltered fr the light rain aso. I would never forget that. My boi won 4 soft toys playing the games there.. haha... Cant believe our luck sia....
Tink either I m a map-reading idiot or wat...I cant seem to rem whr we r... Luckily, I hv a living "walking map" (my boi) mi. Went to Fa Yuen Market 花园街 and Nu 人街whr supposely cheap bargains r available. But I din bght anything much wheras my boi bght alot of his clothes and shoes. Tink he deserved a good shopping of clothes aso coz he seldom buys his own clothes in Spore. Mayb he wishes to save $$ for own mthly expenses ba...Went ard alot of places including Wong Tai Sin 王大仙 temple to pray. Tat temple was practically FLOODING wif ppl sia.. esp China tourists.
Tink my boi's fav food there is curry fishballs. Everywhr we went , he would at least bght 1 or 2 sticks of tat. 许留山 is the place which served the best mango deserts in town. Wah.. Shiok ! There is 1 branch in Spore in Orchard area aso. My boi bght mi ard everywhere. Everyday we walked fr 9 am plus until 11 pm plus. Got back to hotel & tired lik shit already...
Most importantly, during this trip, we celebrated my boi's 24th birthday together. Solely us alone... hehe.. so sweet .. had dinner at Tony Roma's in some shopping centre. (Tat spoilt brat insisted tat he dun wan his bday dinner to b at some cheap local eatery.) Anyway, tat was his day so everything he made the call.
On the last day, we took the last flight out of Hong Kong back to homeland. Shopped at the airport aso. Tink spent ard Sing$100 plus sia..Rched Spore ard 11.40pm and my boi's dad came to pick us up. Ended our trip.
